True University is for serious lacrosse players committed to hardwork, determination, competition and excellence in the fastest sport on two feet. Nowhere else in the Midwest will youth and high school lacrosse players have the opportunity to participate in intense practices run by both current and former professional and collegiate lacrosse players.

True University includes small group work and individual work.
